DOA (Dead On Arrival) replaces new equipment of the same model Fortinet bears the round-trip freight to and from the RMA center.
What is RMA?
RMA (Return of Materials Authorization) replaces the same type of repair equipment. The degree of old and new cannot be guaranteed. The customer needs to bear the one-way shipping cost of sending the equipment to the RMA center. Shipping costs from the RMA center to the customer are borne by Fortinet.
