Can Cisco IOS NAT be applied to subinterfaces?

Ja. Source and/or destination NAT translations can be applied to any interface or subinterfaces having an IP address (including dialer interfaces). NAT cannot be configured with Wireless Virtual Interface. Wireless Virtual Interface does not exist at the time of writing to NVRAM. Thus, after reboot, the router looses NAT configuration on the Wireless Virtual Interface.
